If you are not happy with the products, we will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from the DiBi Sport website (www.dibisport.co.uk). DiBi Sport will not refund or exchange any item purchased from Nuova Di-Bi snc. or their website (www.dibi-online.com) or any of their other European suppliers.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, most stock items, please note that this does not include personalized club kit products, can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order and return the item or items within seven days of receiving them.
- You provide us with your contact details
- Returned items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. The packaging must not have been damaged or altered by the customer. Please also ensure that you have not marked the item with deodorant, creams, etc as this may affect our decision to replace the item.
- You pay the cost of returning the goods
- You return the items within 14 days of receiving approval to return the product
Subject to the above conditions, where it is a stock item without print or embroidery, we will happily arrange an exchange, credit or refund of the full purchase price paid for the goods, once we have examined the returned goods, but the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded.
Please do not send us any products before receiving approval as we cannot accept items that have not been authorized for return and such items will be refused. For approval: Contact Us.
To enable us to deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently, please provide us the “Order Reference Number” in your “Order Confirmation Email” or “Order Invoice”.
We strongly recommend that you insure any items you return to us and also that you use a carrier which can provide a "Proof of Delivery", as you are liable for any returned items until they reach us.
Goods which have been custom made or printed or embroidered cannot be refunded or returned except where there is a quality issue. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your club kit order. Once a CLUB KIT order is entered into our system, we cannot make changes or cancel the order. Please contact us directly so we can deal with your individual requirements.
If you return something due to it being faulty and we agree with the claim and it is within 14 days of purchasing, we will repair the goods free of charge and refund the postage costs. You will however have to return the faulty items within 14 days of receiving the order. You will have to return the products to our depo with a brief note describing the problem and do not forget to include your return address. We'll try to fix or replace the item in the shortest possible time. If a repair is required after 14 days of purchasing then a charge may be applied depending on the fault. DiBi Sport will not pay for the postage costs of items found to be faulty after 14 days of purchasing.

We recommend you use recorded delivery or special delivery post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss. If for any reason returned goods are lost in shipping DiBi Sport takes no responsibility for the lost goods.
