Currency and Prices
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). The same amount may also be quoted in Euros (EUR) and US Dollars (USD). These price conversions are approximate and are for guidance only. Payment must be made in pounds sterling (credit cards sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider). We try to offer accurate information and pricing, but we are human. For all prices and products we reserve the right to make adjustments due to such things as typo errors, changing market conditions or discontinuation of products. DiBi Sport reserves the right to change any advertised or quoted price at any time.
Delivery
Postage & packaging (P&P) costs on STOCK orders are calculated automatically depending on the type of products ordered and the volumes. In addition to this, the delivery country will also affect the P&P costs. The total P&P charges for stock orders will be clearly displayed on the site before you pay for your order.

STOCK orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day although this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock availability. If an item is not in stock we will let you know promptly. Some products are subject to different delivery terms; please read the delivery notes in the order summary page before checkout. Standard delivery within the UK is usually between 1 and 3 working days using First Class Delivery. International orders are generally received in 7 to 10 working days. If your item is not in stock, we will contact you via email and give you the estimated delivery time or replenishment stock if applicable. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery discrepancies for STOCK and CLUB orders must be reported via email within 3 working days of delivery.
Free Postage & Packaging (P&P) on stock orders applies to UK orders only. For orders from other countries, we will provide you with a quote for delivery before the order is fully processed. If you require additional information please contact us.
Please note that we do not sell or ship products to Italy, Spain, Portugal, France or the Netherlands. To order DiBi products in these countries you will have to contact the DiBi representative within the host country. If you require additional information on this issue please contact info@dibi-online.com.
All club orders, regardless of size, will take between 4-6 weeks. You will receive an expected delivery date when you place your order. If you have ordered personalised club kit products please note that the date that you placed the order should only be considered as the start of production if NO closing date had been set by your club. If a closing date was set, then this should be considered as the start of the 4-6 weeks of production time. Festive periods during which the factory is closed should not be considered in the standard production time provided. Please also note that due to the variables inherent in custom manufacturing, all delivery dates quoted are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Payments
We accept payment by a variety of means: Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro (formerly switch), Solo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying by credit or debit card please ensure we have the security code and if paying by Maestro please ensure we have the issue number. Goods must be paid for prior to dispatch. If, for any reason, goods are shipped prior to clearance of payments, title in the goods shipped belongs to DiBi Sport until we receive payment in full for the goods. However, we will not normally process payment for goods until they are available for dispatch.
For club kit products, unless special payment arrangements were agreed with our sales team, the order will not be shipped without full payment. DiBi Sport takes no responsibility for delays in the delivery of the order caused by late payments.
Duties & Local Taxes
Any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country and so DiBi Sport has no way of knowing what particular customs and import charges may be in force at any time in any country.
Shipping/Carriage
If for any reason this is miscalculated on your order we will notify you immediately. Domestic shipping will be by UK Royal Mail or courier. International shipping will be by International Royal Mail or courier. The delivery service utilised depends on the terms and size of the order. Please contact us if you require special delivery services, prices for which will be quoted upon request. Free Postage & Packaging (P&P) on stock orders applies to UK orders only. If for any reason the P&P amount is miscalculated on your order we will notify you immediately.
Once a package has left our factory, DiBi has no control over it and it’s not responsible for delays caused by the courier company and/or by Royal Mail.We only deal with well-known international couriers that have reliable delivery schedules and excellent customer service records but in some cases things do go wrong (e.g. strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc). Within Europe the courier will deliver within 48h however.
A signature will be required on delivery.If you are not in to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
If an order is returned to us by Royal Mail or by one of the courier companies as a result of either an incorrect address, a customer's refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge collection cards, the customer will be responsible for the costs incurred to re-send the order.
Orders cannot be collected from our office/depo. All orders will be delivered to the address provided at the point of sale.
Availability, Production and Orders
STOCK products can be ordered via the website. STOCK products cannot be ordered over the phone. CLUB products can be ordered online through a secure club kit page set up specifically for your club or over the phone by the club captain and/or the club kit secretary.
All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. Stock products are usually dispatched within 1 working day although this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to stock availability. If you have ordered club kit products, delivery is usually 4-6 weeks after the order has been placed. All orders placed during a Club Ordering Window, agreed between the club and DiBi, will be processed and manufactured after the closing date (Production time: 4-6 weeks) and delivered as one single order to the address provided by the kit secretary / club captain. Due to the variables inherent in custom manufacturing, all production times quoted are estimates & cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations and Changes to an Order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, most stock items, please note that this does not include personalized club kit products, can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order and return the item or items within seven days of receiving them.
- You provide us with your contact details
- Returned items must be unused, in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels etc still attached. The packaging must not have been damaged or altered by the customer. Please also ensure that you have not marked the item with deodorant, creams, etc as this may affect our decision to replace the item.
- You pay the cost of returning the goods
- You return the items within 14 days of receiving approval to return the product
On receipt of the returned goods we will issue a full refund, subject to the above conditions. Please do not send us any products before receiving approval as we cannot accept items that have not been authorized for return and such items will be refused. For approval: Contact Us. To enable us to deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently, please provide us the “Order Reference Number” in your “Order Confirmation Email” or “Order Invoice”.
We strongly recommend that you insure any items you return to us and also that you use a carrier which can provide a "Proof of Delivery", as you are liable for any returned items until they reach us.
DiBi Sport will not refund or exchange any item purchased from Nuova Di-Bi snc. or their website (www.dibi-online.com) or any of their other European suppliers.You may cancel any stock order placed.
Club kit orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure your choices are correct before you place your club kit order.
